Virginia Myers

Virginia Lee Jenny Myers, resident of Ponca City, passed Friday, July 2, 2010 at her home. She was 63.

Jenny was born June 18, 1947 in Gainesville, Missouri, the daughter of Marvin I. Kastning and Eva D. Johnson Kastning. Her early schooling was in the St. John, Kansas schools. She was married to Donald W. Myers in 1962 and moved to Great Bend, Kansas where she resided for a short time and where she started a family.

She is survived by a brother, George Kastning of St. John, and a sister, Velda Young her four children, Clayton B. Myers, Wichita, Kansas, Terri Lynn Fry, Lebanon, Oregon, Dawn Gail Hixson, Stillwater, Oklahoma, and Marty E. Myers, Tulsa, Oklahoma 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents one brother, Leonard Kastning and one daughter, Brenda L. Myers.

Services will be announced at a later date. Local arrangements were under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
