Ulyssa Louise Whitehorn was born on 7/18/52 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to George l. Whitehorn and Blanche M Howe and was raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma and graduated from Po-Hi. She played the clarinet, which led her to go to Washington, DC to play for the president and she was very proud of this accomplishment. She also played for the Park City band.
She met and married Leonard R. Biggoose in 1972, and they resided in Germany where he served two terms in the United States military for six years. They had two daughters Maddie Biggoose Walker and Heather Biggoose Lance. They later were blessed with a son Beau Adam Biggoose.
Between the two of them they have 12 grandchildren; Ophelia Angela Cleave, Cello Walker Jr., Blake Jaden Antonio, and seven great-grandchildren; Jeffrey Little Wolf Jr., Joshua Wolf, Remy Boton, Aaliyah Biggoose, Chase or Star, Zayden Sophia.
Later she went on to NLC and received her LPN. She worked at the Ponca City Medical Center for several years in the labor and delivery department. She then moved on to the White Eagle Health Center. Later on she worked for nurse finders, a traveling nursing agency, which she really enjoyed. Upon retirement, she met and fell in love with Ozzy Primo and they both enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
