Ralph TOM Melton, 55, of Ponca City, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at his residence.
Tom was born on May 14, 1958 in Blackwell, OK to John and Bonnie Martin Melton. Tom started school in Ponca City and finished school in Newkirk. Tom was an avid motocross rider where he enjoyed competing his greatest hobby was mud truck racing, driving the truck Its Only Money. He was a very talented welder, he enjoyed being with family and friends and a very active member of ARVTA in Newkirk. He and Tammy Kersey were married on April 11, 1998 in Eureka Springs, AR.
Tom was preceded in death by his grandparents, Father, BrotherTimothy Melton, Stepfather Keith Houseman and a niece Sheena Gootee.
Tom is survived by his wifeTammy, Sons Tregan Woolley and his wife Leeanna of Ponca City, Ryan Kersey and his wife Shannon of Bella Vista, AR. MotherBonnie Houseman of Ponca City, SisterTina Clinton of Ponca City, BrotherTracy Houseman and his wife Julie of Ponca City. 3 Grandchildren Brystal Woolley, Gavin Johnston and Landon Tudor.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2013 in Grace Memorial Chapel with Pastor Brian Tener of the First United Methodist Church of Newkirk officiating.

Family will receive friends after the services at Toms Place east of Kaw Dam.
