Ronald Lee Johnson

Ronald Johnson, 87, of Ponca City, was called to his eternal resting place on August 11, 2023. He entered this world on January 10, 1936, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, born to Loyce and Margaret Johnson. He entered the United States Navy in 1956 where he served on the heavy cruiser the USS Newport News

Ron was an avid cattle man who loved fishing and enjoyed spending as much time as he could outdoors.

He is survived by his son, James Allen Webber, grandchildren: Brian St. Andrews, Natasha Kennedy, Monique Cananday, Jamie Clement, Heather Brewer, Shannon Cardwell, Lacey St. Andrews, and one sister, Carol Anderson, nephew Christopher Sims, nieces Teri Wood and Stacy Howland. He was preceded in death by his father Loyce Johnson, mother Clara Margaret Lane, stepfather Earl Lane, wife Lois Johnson, son Dana Webber, daughter Cherie St. Andrews, and one grandson, Michael Webber.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, 10:00 am. at Grace Memorial Chapel 2016 N 14^th St. Ponca City OK. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
