Lucinda Ann Buffalohead Warrior age 71, resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away at her home on Saturday, June 6, 2020.
Lucinda was born on February 12, 1949 to Napoleon Buffalohead and Dora White Deer Buffalohead in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Lucinda was employed as an assembler at Modern Investment Casting Company in Ponca City, Oklahoma for 25 years. She married Larry Warrior and is survived by three daughters, Dawena Pappan of Tonkawa, Kimberly Enloe of Ponca City, Leah Warrior of Tonkawa, and one son Tonner Warrior of Ponca City, OK. Also surviving are sister Vera LeClair of Tulsa, 12 grandchildren: Amarbe III, Shauna, Cary, Tiaira, Kyle, Erin, Jaxon, Antoine, Talon, Tiana, Kenleigh and Devon; 13 great grandchildren: Ah’naalee, Amarbe IV, Juanell, Andre, Audrina, Alayah, Aiden, Kameron, Kalon, Kilen, Antoine III, Tatum, and Arcadius.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.
Following the Traditional Noon Feast, funeral services will be held at the Tonkawa Tribal Gymnasium on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 with burial to follow at the Ponca Tribal Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will include: Chris Mills, Elden Callshim, Jr., Sammy Allen, Sean LeClair, Skyler LeClair, David Martin, and Gregory Reamy.
Honorary bearers include Amarbe III, Kyle Enloe, Cary Pappan, Antoine DeLodge Jr., Talon DeLodge, Amarbe IV, Kameron Ramsey, Jaxon Enloe, and Kalon Enloe.
