June Casparis

June McGraw Casparis, resident of Ponca City, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Shawn Manor Nursing Home on her 80th birthday.

June was born May 24, 1932 in Red Rock, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charles B. Carter and Cora L. Cooper Carter. Junes enjoyments included spending time with her grandchildren, working in the yard, especially working with her flowers and trees.

She is survived by three children, Larry McGraw, Vance McGraw and Lora McGraw Young one sister, Ave Vanbrunt eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren numerous other nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by two husbands two sons, Roy Lee McGraw and David Tugg McGraw three brothers, John Carter, Jimmy Thomas Carter and Jimmy David Carter one sister, Ruby Patterson.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the Longwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
