Juanita Littlewalker

Juanita Littlewalker,former resident of Ponca city and now a resident of Claremore, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 at her home in Claremore, Oklahoma. She was 92 years of age.
Juanita was born December 7, 1919 in Cushing, Oklahoma, the daughter of Samuel E. Swinford and Mollie N. Williams Swinford. Juanita and Newman Littlewalker were together over 40 years prior to his death 1991. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She loved sewing, reading, cooking, crocheting and listening to blue grass music.
She is survived by three daughters: Carolyn Marmoy of Owasso, Ok, Frankie Goad of Fairfax, Ok, Tayna Francis of the home. Twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
Prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday evening August 7, 2012 at the Ponca Indian Baptist Church. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday August 8, 2012. Pastor Toby Blackstar and Doug Eagle will preside over the service. Burial will follow at Washunga Cemetery in Newkirk Oklahoma. Casket bearers will be Tony Littlewalker, Jermey Williams, Mark Kennedy, Dale Francis, John Butler.
