Longtime resident of Ponca City, Howard F. Kelsey passed away on August 15, 2012

in Enid, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years. Howard was born December 15, 1930 in Shidler, Oklahoma to Lawrence M. Nora Kelsey Sr.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, August 20, 2012 at Grandview Cemetary

in Kaw City, Oklahoma.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Grace Memorial Chapel,

2016 North 14th, Ponca City, Oklahoma.
