Gwendolyn Warnock

Gwendolyn Gwen Warnock, Ponca City resident, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Southcrest Hospital in Tulsa. She was 57.

Gwen was born on May 4, 1953 in Memphis, Tennessee to Albert Washington Joyner Jr. and Mary Virginia Morgan.

Gwen loved flowers and plants and had an abundance of them around her home. She also loved watching movies. Gwen enjoyed helping people and spent much of her time volunteering at The Mission.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Virginia Morgan adopted daughter, Erica Bumbaugh sisters, Patricia Martin and Angie Brown three grandchildren aunts, Sherry Castleman, Imogene Wilson, Gladys Yeager, Bernice Warren, Faye Ketler and Sonja Joyner uncles, George Morgan and Herman Joyner as well as numerous cousins.

She is preceeded in death by her father, Albert and aunts, Betty Morgan and Elsie Smith.
