Eva Center

Eva Mae Center, 77, of Shidler, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the Ponca City Medical Center.
Eva Mae was born on May 30, 1935 in Little Chief, Oklahoma to George Frederick and Nora Martha Ann Stoops Crain. She and Bobby Gene Center were married on December 24, 1952. To this union, two children were born Joe Dean and Jacqueline Diane.
Eva Mae worked most of her life in Shidler at Diehls Drug Store, Bonewells Grocery, Shidler Caf, OTASCO and retired in 1991 after 18 years of service as Shidler City Clerk. She was preceded in death by her parents, SonJoe, Brothers Eddie, Donald, Cecil and Ernest. Sisters Otha, Edith and Katherine.
Eva Mae is survived by her husbandBobby Gene, Daughter and soninlaw Jackie and Eddie Bruner of Choctaw, OK. Brothers and sisterinlaw Dean and Mary Ann Crain of Shidler and Jack Crain of Friendswood, TX. Grandkids Katina of Choctaw, Brandon and Gretchen of Norman, Jake and Esther of Enid, 3 great grandkids Lee, Madeline and Lyla. Numerous nephews and nieces.

Graveside funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Grandview Cemetery of Kaw City, OK with Brother Chester Ward of the First Baptist Church of Shidler officiating with music being provided by Mike Crain.
