Dewayne Warrior

Dewayne James Warrior passed away February 11, 2025, at 9 months old in Ponca City, Oklahoma. He is a light in this world that will be dearly missed. Dewayne was born to loving parents Michelle Kemble and James C. Warrior, Jr. on April 21, 2024.

Dewayne had a smile that could light up any room. At times it felt like that smile could light the whole world. He gave the greatest hugs. His hugs were so tight you could forget about everything for a few seconds, or until his little hands grabbed a piece of your hair. His favorite snack was his Cheetos, usually one in each hand. He loved spaghetti, pizza, and goulash. He was forever happy, shown by the smile always on his face.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, Michelle Kemble and James C. Warrior, Jr., his siblings Katia Warrior, Hector Cameron, Jasmine Warrior, James Warrior III, Jose Warrior, Ryan Warrior, Jonataya Warrior, Sterling Warrior, Sophie Warrior, and Charlie Warrior, as well as one niece Noel Cameron. Dewayne also had numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins that loved him very deeply. His grandmas and grandpas cared for him deeply and will miss him.

Dewayne was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Eugenia S. Brown, his paternal grandfather, James C. Warrior, Sr., his maternal grandmother, Cathy Big Bear, his aunt, Kelly Big Bear, and his uncle, Charles S. Warrior.

Dewayne James Warrior will be missed by everyone that came in contact with him.
