Cynthia Motley

Cynthia Cindy Tickel Motley passed away unexpectedly at Ponca City Medical Center on Friday, July 12, 2013.
Cindy was born in Liberal, Kansas, November 8, 1956 to Marland and Edna Copp Tickel

She grew up in Arkansas City Kansas and graduated from Ark City High School. She attended college in Tonkawa Oklahoma. She moved to Ponca City in 1974, where she met her husband, Gerald Motley, they were married in 1984 and made their home in Ponca City. She worked for Yes Finance for many years.
She is survived by her husband Gerald, 2 sisters, Kathy Michalski, of Edmond Oklahoma and Susan Kunkel of Greensboro, North Carolina. Niece, Gina Gibson of Frisco, Texas and 2 great nephews, Erik and Ryan Gibson.
She was always a happy person, smiling and laughing her way through the day, she was always there with an ear to listen when you needed to talk.

We little knew this morning,
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you,
You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
the day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide
And though we cannot see you,
You are always by our side.
