Courtney Denise Orange, former resident of Ponca City, went home to her Lord on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was 27 years of age.
Courtney was born September 25, 1986 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jerome Orange and Cindy Russell. She attended Ponca City Senior High and then earned her GED in Texas. As a young girl she enjoyed fishing with her family, running track, and cheering for Outlaw Little League football. Courtney loved life and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her father, Jerome Orange and wife Stacy of Ponca City two beautiful children, Ayanna Love and Ronnie Love Jr. her brothers, Kyndal Orange, Cody Orange and Aaron Spencer sisters Debbie Russell and Sunshine Spencer grandparents Jimmie and Grace Orange, Joe and Mary Russell and Herbert and Martha Roland numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her biological mother, Cindy, and baby brother Jackie Jerome Orange Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Victory Worship Center, 618 East Hartford. Ponca City. Courtneys uncle, the Rev. Vincent Orange, pastor of the Little Flock Baptist Church, South Coffeyville, Oklahoma will preside over the service. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
Casket bearers are Cody Orange, Luke Miles, Justin Roland, Joe Roland Jr., Darryk Burton and Josh Johnson.
