Billie Gail Seymour was born on October 21st,1967 in Ponca City, Okla. living 57 yrs. 5 months and 19 days. Billie Gail entered her final home on April 09th, 2025 surrounded by her husband, daughter, best friend, and siblings. Gail’s funeral service will be at 10:00 am, Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, at Ponca City Assembly Church in Ponca City, Oklahoma; graveside will follow at Longwood Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Harlee Goldman, Evin Costello, Trever Schrader, Jake McKinney, Danny Davis, and Bradley Pollock. Honorary Pallbearers are Mike McKinney and Brock Evans. Visitation will be Monday, April 14th, 2025, from 3pm to 7pm at Grace Memorial Chapel in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Gail was a brilliant woman possessing an amazing command of the English language giving her an unmatchable inner strength. She walked this earth doing the very best that she could in every aspect of life. She was kind, bossy, beautiful, loud, and was able to find humor in almost any situation, she was a fierce protector of those she loved and a staunch opponent when need be.

Gail met Mark Terrell in early September of 1996, & they were married on September 3rd,1999.

Gail is survived by her husband, Mark Terrell of the home, daughter Jamee (Bobby) Karty Grandchildren Kingston & Kearee of Ponca City . Grandchildren Aiden Evans, Isaiah Evans, Aubrianna Evans of Okla.City. B.Skye (Kat Stevens) of North Glen,Co. 6 sisters, 3 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews that adored her.

Billie Gail was preceded in death by her Father, William Isaac Seymour, her Mother, Peggy Jean Costello and 1 son Darion Alexander Hawk Terrell.
