John Coble

John L. Coble, 79, beloved Husband, father, and grandfather was called to his eternal resting place on May 22, 2022. He entered this world on December 23, 1942 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. born to Alfred Luther Coble and Mary Jannetta (Kindrick) Coble. He met Cecelia May Pepper and the two were wed on September 22, 1962 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Johnny enjoyed fishing and watching John Wayne movies in his spare time, as well as playing rummy with Cecelia.

He is survived by his wife Cecilia Coble, son Johnny and wife Clarissa Coble, son Tim Coble, daughter Debbie Coble of Ponca City, sister Barbra and husband John Stuart of Abilene, Texas, brother Albert Coble of Lawton Oklahoma, nine grandchildren Eugene Coble, Nicholas Coble, Eric Coble, Karri Kershner, Bailey Coble, Abby Coble, Sydney Coble, Gabrielle Kinyon, and Brianna Kinyon; and seven great-grandchildren: Shelby Kershner, Kelsey Kershner, Alex Coble, Paisley Coble, Presley Cooper, Layla Coble, and Lucas McGee.

An evening rosary service is scheduled for Friday, May 27, 2022, 6:30 p.m. at Grace Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 28, 2022, 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ponca City with Father Zac Boazman officiating. Burial will follow at Pawhuska Cemetery in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Online guest registry is available at www.gracememorialchapel.net.
